-Here we are with the president of the DOC Roma, a young denomination that has already expressed itself with all the strength of your brand.
-How is this fair going? How do you think?
-It was a beautiful fair, with a lot of interest and we worked above all in communicating the Rome brand, in creating that combination between territory and brand which is essential for making people understand that we are not just a commercial entity but a real product of the highest quality.
-Here, president, let’s define for a moment the features of this protection consortium.
-We take care of the promotion, the increase in brand perception but also the supervision of an important and well-known brand such as the word Rome.
There are many opportunities for improper use of the brand on which we fight every day, especially going beyond this to check that the production of the DOC Rome cellars always give higher quality products.
-Is this a DOC Roma wine? We say red wine, white wine, what do we find in the bottle?
-Here we find a small selection of the 80 labels that we have of the product and we start from the area of Torre in Pietra therefore the area that is located towards Maremma in the Fiumicino and distal part to then descend on the Sabatino volcano, the Federici company in this case is located in the Zagarolo area, the Castelli Romani area with all the historic cellars of the Marino, Frascati, Genzano area, the whole area that goes towards the sea up to the area of Nettuno, home of Bellone and the great wines produced on the sand near the sea.
The others more or less are all united by two important volcanoes where are the Sabatino volcano and the Lazio volcano which make our soils so particular and so mineral that they have these very particular organoleptic characteristics and have been appreciated for years by the market.
