We take you to the territory of Langhe, Roero, Asti, and Monferrato, a wonderful and unique area in Italy, also recognized as a UNESCO heritage site, to introduce you to the cooperative “Produttori di Govone”. Govone is indeed the focal point among the most important wine varieties of the entire area, besides being a splendid Savoy residence complete with a castle. We can say that there are three main strengths in this success story. Firstly, the spirit of unity among the founders has remained unchanged, which is not trivial when dealing with such significant numbers. Secondly, the highly suitable territory for viticulture, a perfect blend of the calcareous-clayey character of Langhe and the unique and unrepeatable scents provided by the sandy and soft soils of Roero. Finally, the high production capacity that allows the company to offer a wide range of wines, thanks to its extensive territoriality and the vastness of its territories. This enables the technicians to select the best grapes from the soils to produce excellent products, recognized and awarded internationally.
