Neroperso is a tribute to the appassimento method: a wine that tells stories of people, legends, and customs lost over time. It pays homage to this age-old production technique, still practiced today. After the harvest, the finest clusters are left to wither for 60 days, ensuring that the grapes concentrate all the flavor and characteristic aromas of an intense, full-bodied wine, with notes of ripe fruit and jam.
